Events

End-to-end event management, from concept to installation.

Mosaic Retail orchestrates events for the most demanding brands. From the design of modular booths to ephemeral shop-in-shops, through trade shows and field activations, our teams master every step of your event project, anywhere in France.

UNIVERSES
Three event families, as many sets of codes mastered.

A B2B trade show isn’t deployed like an urban pop-up. A street marketing activation in public space has little in common with a professional booth. Each format imposes its own constraints, audiences, and rhythm. Here are the three families we are most at home with.

01 / B2B SECTOR TRADE SHOWS

Speaking to experts in their own language.

For trade shows, whether they target healthcare specialists, industrial, tech, or student and institutional audiences, the stakes are the same: convincing a demanding audience that judges the credibility of a presence within minutes. Material precision, graphic restraint, visitor journey functionality, calibrated product demonstrations: every detail counts because it is read by an expert eye.

02 / POP-UP & SHOP-IN-SHOP

A temporary presence with a lasting impact.

Pop-up stores inside partner boutiques, ephemeral shop-in-shops at mass distribution and specialty retailers, temporary presences in shopping galleries: these hybrid formats require blending the codes of sustainable retail with the constraints of events. This is the field where our simultaneous command of both crafts makes the most sense.

03 / STREET MARKETING & FIELD ACTIVATIONS

Taking the brand out of its usual setting.

Nomadic tuk-tuks, urban activations, ephemeral presences in public space: we design and operate the formats that bring the brand closer to its final consumer, outside the classic distribution channels. These setups demand an installation rigor that takes precedence over everything else, because an ephemeral event tolerates neither delays nor approximations.

Three families, as many ways to tell your brand story on the ground.

01 — MODULAR STAND
A modular stand
for every one of your events.

A modular stand for every one of your professional events.

Our modular stands combine flexibility, design and fast assembly. Built to fit every format of trade show, fair and professional event, they showcase your brand while making logistics and transport easier.

Scalable, reusable and environmentally friendly, our stands can be reconfigured show after show. A sustainable approach that reduces your environmental footprint without compromising on visual impact.

Every event is led by a dedicated project manager who coordinates fabrication, transport, set-up and teardown — so your team can focus on what matters: welcoming your clients.

03 — EVENT LOGISTICS
Empty crates, furniture, storage:
we clear your stand during the show.

Throughout the trade show, Mosaic Retail handles the removal, storage and return of your empty crates, packaging and unused furniture. Once your stand is installed and operational, our teams collect everything cluttering your space and store it in our dedicated warehouses for the entire duration of the event.

At the close of the show, we deliver your crates and containers back directly to your stand to ensure a smooth teardown and a clean return of your equipment. From initial pickup to final reconditioning, the entire operation is managed end-to-end by our logistics team — so you can focus solely on your event and your visitors.

DeLonghi · Paris Café Festival 2026

The context

For the 7th edition of the Paris Café Festival at the Carreau du Temple, DeLonghi had a dual challenge to meet: speaking to demanding baristas looking for the latest origins, and to enlightened amateurs who want to reproduce at home the coffee from their favorite coffee shop. All while simultaneously launching its new Eletta Ultra machine and its first ever coffee tuk-tuk.

The scope

11 to 13 April 2026, Carreau du Temple, Paris. More than 100 exhibitors, 10,000 visitors expected over three days. A listed building, with strict installation constraints.

What we delivered

Full upstream logistics (transport, storage, on-site delivery), then operational installation of the tuk-tuk on D-day: floor wedging, integration into the visitor flow, dedicated electrical supply, technical validation with the organizer. On-site presence throughout the three days of the festival to handle any unforeseen issues.

The specific constraint

The Carreau du Temple is a listed building. Nothing can be improvised: every square meter occupied must be validated, every floor anchor justified, every power supply calibrated. Added to this are the constraints inherent to a festival: very short setup windows, limited truck access, cohabitation with a dozen other brands on the same slot.

The result on the ground

The DeLonghi tuk-tuk became one of the festival’s spontaneous meeting points. A photogenic object that established itself as natural scenery on social networks, and a vector of brand identity that spoke without forcing. Visitors stopped, asked questions, tried the preparations. An activation that leaves a lasting impression is always the encounter between a strong idea and flawless execution. Our role is measured in the second category.

04 / MODULARITY & COMMITMENT
A booth that serves twice, that’s our standard.

Events produce thousands of booths each year, dismantled in a few hours and shipped to the landfill. We made a radical choice several years ago: no longer designing single-use setups. Our booths are designed from the first sketch to be dismountable, redeployable, and ideally transformable into point-of-sale furniture once the show is over. This is our eco-responsible commitment, and it is also our best economic argument.

DUO DISPLAY PARTNERSHIP

The Duo Display principle: one piece of equipment, two uses.

Duo Display logo

To carry this ambition, we have forged a partnership with Duo Display, a French manufacturer specialized in high-end modular displays. Duo Display is built on a simple and radical idea: one piece of equipment, two possible uses. A modular booth designed for a trade show can be redeployed as in-store POS once the event is over. And conversely, in-store POS can serve as an occasional event presence. This dual vocation removes the boundary between events and retail, and with it, the very idea of single-use material.

Brand consistency

A brand using Duo Display presents exactly the same visual identity at trade shows and in stores. No graphic break, no disparate material.

Budget optimization

A single envelope funds two functions. For a brand combining regular trade shows and distribution presence, the return on investment is immediate.

Reduced footprint

Less material, less logistics, less waste. Modularity is not a marketing argument, it’s a functional characteristic.

When a booth lives twice, it costs twice less and weighs twice less. Modularity done right isn’t a compromise, it’s a multiplication.

How do you manage empty cases and furniture during the show?+

Once your booth is set up, we collect all your empty cases, packaging and unused furniture to store them in our warehouses for the entire duration of the show. When the event closes, we redeliver them directly on your booth for a smooth teardown. The operation is fully managed from A to Z by our logistics team.
