We started in retail fifteen years ago, and we had the chance to learn it from every angle: alongside brands, inside agencies, in production. Each experience added a piece to the puzzle. Understanding what makes an in-store setup work, how a multi-site operation is run, why some launches become references while others fade away.
During those years, we built two things that take time to cultivate: an integrated vision of the craft and a network of trusted partners. Both became the raw material of Mosaic.
In 2022, the moment was right. Retail was entering a new cycle, marked by the rise of phygital, environmental expectations, and experience standards that turn every point of sale into a media in its own right. Brands were looking for a partner who thinks and executes under one roof. Rather than offer that approach from inside a structure not built for it, we chose to build it ourselves.
Mosaic is neither a reaction nor a whim. It is an outcome.
Mosaic Retail was created in 2022 to bring together under one roof design, production, deployment, and logistics. Not out of ambition to do everything, but out of conviction that value lies in continuity.
In practice, a Mosaic project manager carries your setup from the first sketch to its dismantling. Our warehouse in Île-de-France stores your elements between campaigns. Our field teams install everywhere in Europe with one single point of contact, one reporting, one standard of quality.
What can be measured: 98% compliance on the first installation, 1,200 field operations managed every year, more than 500 multi-site projects deployed. What cannot be measured but makes the difference: client teams who can focus on their craft, because ours is taken care of.
Four years after we were founded, brands like Bose, Celio, Cabaia, Miele, Nvidia and Xiaomi entrust us with their most demanding setups. Because we commit to the result delivered, not the service sold.
We refuse the idea that a setup is « good enough ». A client may not notice a detail, but we have seen it. And until it is fixed, the project is not delivered. That is why the second operation with a brand is almost always easier than the first: we have risen to its level of demand, sometimes beyond what it expected of itself.
We never oversell. If a deadline is tight, we say so. If a material isn’t the right one, we propose another. If an operation isn’t going as planned, we flag it before the client and explain it. This transparency isn’t a marketing posture, it’s the only way to build a relationship that lasts more than one operation.
Loyalty to our clients, who often stay with us year after year. Loyalty to our network of 300 installers, with whom we have worked for ten years. Loyalty to our French manufacturing partners, to Valdelia, to Duo Display. Our craft happens in relationships that take root over time, not in one-off contracts.
I believe that a brand promise is only worth its last execution.
I believe that retail is a craft of artisans, and that no software, no process, no AI will ever replace the experienced eye of an installer at six in the morning in an empty window display.
I believe that a beautiful project poorly deployed is worth less than a sober project perfectly executed.
I believe that creativity without rigor is a luxury, and that rigor without agility is a dead end.
And finally, I believe that trust is built on dozens of small, invisible proofs, never on a slogan.
It is on these convictions that Mosaic was founded.
It is what allows us to promise, and to deliver.
Here are the four structural choices that define how Mosaic works.
Our maintenance workshop in Trappes is run internally by our own teams. When a setup comes back from the field damaged, we diagnose and refurbish it ourselves rather than entrust it to an external provider. It takes longer to set up, but it gives us a responsiveness that subcontracting cannot match. It is also our best lever for extending the lifespan of your investments.
We made the choice not to internalize our field teams. Our network of 300 professionals, with whom we have collaborated for ten years, allows us to deploy everywhere in France with a quality of execution that few agencies can guarantee. They know our processes, our recurring clients, our standards. It is mutual loyalty that makes the difference, not mere legal affiliation.
Our manufacturing partners are mostly based in France. We never choose a distant supplier to save a few percent on unit cost, because responsiveness, quality control and environmental footprint outweigh purchase price. Our supply chain is short by conviction, not by circumstance.
Rather than throwing away or indefinitely storing setups that can no longer be reused, we have partnered with Valdelia, an eco-organization accredited by the public authorities. It is our way of closing the loop: a retail designed to last, and when it can no longer, an end-of-life that starts another one, within the Social and Solidarity Economy network.
A project to put together, a setup to deploy ? Our teams are here to talk it through with you.
It all starts here. Let’s talk about your needs.
